High Duplicate Frames Rate Alarm
Severity: Minor, Major
On Conditions: Minor Severity Alarm:
a. The Duplicate Frames Current Rate exceeds the
Duplicate Frames Minor Alarm Threshold, and is
higher than the Duplicate Frames Average Rate by at
least Duplicate Frames Minor Alarm Minimum Delta,
-OR-
b. The Duplicate Frames Current Rate has dropped below
the Duplicate Frames Major Alarm Threshold but is
still higher than the Duplicate Frames Minor Alarm
Threshold.
Major Severity Alarm: The Duplicate Frames Current Rate
is higher than the Duplicate Frames Major Alarm Threshold.
Off Conditions: a. The Duplicate Frames Current Rate has dropped below
the Duplicate Frames Minor/Major Alarm Threshold,
-OR-
b. All alarms were cleared,
-OR-
c. AU Alarms Option was disabled
Possible Problem: a. Transmitter fault
b. Strong interference, preventing the SU from receiving
the AU’s ACKs.
